  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must not have been worn outside of trying them on. Please ensure they are free from any scuffs, marks, or signs of wear.

  • Original Packaging: Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoebox. Please place the shoebox inside another shipping box to protect it during transit; we cannot accept returns where the shoebox is used as the outer shipping container.

Please note that certain items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return. These typically include gift cards and any items clearly marked as “Final Sale” on the product page.

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or style of FlexHide footwear, the quickest way is to return the original item for a refund and then place a new order for the desired item on graintread.com.   • Proof of Postage: When mailing a return, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number and, if possible, purchasing insurance. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during their return transit to us.
